Problems in Soldering Robot Application and Solution

(1) There is welding bias problem:
It may be that the welding position is incorrect or there is a problem with the welding torch. At this time, to consider the TCP (welding torch center point) is accurate, and be adjusted. If this happens frequently check the zero position of each axis of the robot and recalibrate the zero to reset it.
(2) Undercut problem:
May be improper selection of welding parameters, welding torch angle or welding gun position is not right, need to be adjusted appropriately.
(3) The emergence of stomatal problems:
May be poor gas protection, the workpiece is too thick or not enough protective gas drying, the corresponding adjustment can be handled.
(4) Too much splash problem:
The improper selection of welding parameters, the reason of gas components or the extension length of welding wire is too long. The welding power can be adjusted by changing the welding parameters, adjusting the proportion of gas mixture and adjusting the relative position of welding torch and workpiece.
(5) The end of the weld after cooling to form a crater problem:
